Happy New Year!

2011 was a Wonderful year!  It was filled with lots of fun and memorable times!

1.  Watching Avery grow from a newborn to a one year old, who has a vibrant, colorful, fun personality!
2.  Nolan turned the big 3!  We celebrated with a Thomas the Train Party.  He is still my "little professor," and so full of LIFE!  Nolan you are smarter than you realize, you love learning and are constantly keeping mommy and daddy on our toes! :)
3.  We've had preschool outings, museum outings, swim lessons, and to many other fun outings to mention them all!
4.  We celebrated the birth of my niece Kaylee Jo in April of 2011.  And of my cousin Alyssa in June.
5.  Both Avery and Kaylee were christened by Pastor Brian.
6.  I got to realize that I have a love for photography!

Todd, you are my best friend and I love you.  Thank you for being a wonderful father to our children and a wonderful husband!

But most importantly this year, I grew as a mother, taking on the challenges that two can bring certainly kept me on my toes!  But it was so worth every moment.  Nolan and Avery I love you both more than LIFE!  You really have become my world! You both truly bring me so much  joy!
I am so blessed to be surrounded by such wonderful family and friends.

Happy New Year!  Wishing everyone joy, love, and health in the year to come!

Waiting For Christmas

The holiday season seems to become more special with each passing year.  There is something so wonderful about Christmas through a child's eyes! The LOVE and EXCITEMENT a child has is contagious.  This year Nolan was loving the Holiday and so excited for Santa!  He was singing Christmas Carols around the house, watching Christmas shows, counting down the days with the advent calendar, made reindeer dust at school, circling toys in the Toys R Us catalog, watching Chippy our elf move each morning to a new location as he returned from the north pole....this boy was so ready for Christmas and Santa.

The anticipation for Christmas seem to grow everyday!  And I tried my best to capture some of their excitement.
