Nolan's First HAIRCUT

So my little boy is definitely growing UP! Nolan turned 17 months old yesterday, I cannot believe it! His hair was very cute, but was growing a bit out of control--so today he had his first haircut. We took him to Kid Snips, and he sat in a race car chair, and got to watch Elmo during his haircut. He was a little afraid, I think because of the cold water spritzing at him, and a new person around who was holding a pair of scissors and cutting his hair. Nolan was a trooper though--he really did GREAT!

And now he no longer looks like my baby, but A LITTLE BOY!

Trip to the Pumpkin Patch!

Today we took a little visit to Goebbert's Pumpkin Patch! The weather was a little uncooperative, so it was CHILLY! Nolan at first was overwhelmed by all the people, pumpkins and life size characters. But of course his favorite part of the visit was the Sesame Street characters. He was thrilled by the life sized Elmo, Oscar and Grover!
